Tips for Submission:

1. Online Submission is preferred. New users need to register to log in for submission.

2. After submitted online, you can modify your submission by logging in again. Each item must be filled in, and make sure to check the box at the end that you have agreed to the terms of regulation.

3. To provide better experience of Online Submission , please do not use IE browser. Google Browser, QQ browser and other browsers are recommended.
